If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return for a full refund or credit/exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label. A shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you exchange for a new item, Following Seas will pay for the return label. 

All return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the return label. Any return labels that have not been postmarked within 7 days will be voided.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method minus restocking, and shipping fees, as applicable. 

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

Send us with your name, order number (4 digit number on receipt) and reason for return to begin the return process.
